Tradition

When Emily was 1, we let her pick out a stuffed animal at a store. She picked out a soft little pig, and immediately became attached to it.

We thought it was great because it was so durable. Piggy has endured many, many washes and continues to look just fine, minus the fact that Piggy's tail is no longer curly because she's rubbed it for so many years. (A little loved, but still all in one piece.)

When Jacob came along, we decided to get him a little animal too. We got him an elephant.

When Matthew came along, we got him a giraffe.

Today, a kitty arrived for little miss #2. Emily and Jacob picked it out, saying they were sure she would like it. :) And I bet she will, because as Jacob told me, "Kitty is so adorable!!"

Is this a "Ty" animal too? Our "Dangles" is and so far has held up great with all the loving and washing. Though just incase we do have an extra for emergency and horrific events.
