Matthew and I went to Costco today while Emily was at school and Jacob was at preschool.
As we exited one freeway and were driving to merge onto another, we drove along a high overpass.
I heard, "Whoa!" from behind me.
In my rear view mirror, I saw Matthew just staring out the window at all the cars, streets and buildings below us.
"Do you like that, bud?" I asked.
"Yeah." He replied.

i'm going to try & pretend like that did"t make me desperately want a boy someday but i don"t think it will work.
I said the same thing when I went over some of those overpasses that they have in Houston for the first time. Too cute though. I can't believe how fast he is growing up.
