Emily brought home a stack of papers from school this past Monday.
One of them was titled, "Emily's Easter Weekend."

She had so much to say about Friday and Saturday, she didn't even get to mention Sunday.
My favorite part is when she talks about General Conference. (with corrected spelling) "On Saturday it was General Conference day. Bet you don't know what that means. General Conference is when prophets of the church talk about things to make people happy."
It sure is interesting to see what they remember and really enjoyed.
**Yes, we played bingo during General Conference. One of those churchy bingo games where they cover up pictures of different themes as they are mentioned in the talks. (family, prayer, scriptures, etc...) I let the kids use mini M&M's to cover their squares. They loved it. Matthew couldn't really keep his squares covered for long though - too tempting. :)

I loved all the pix to go along with her writing, especially the one of you guys sitting and watching the guy on TV. She's so clever.
