The kids just couldn't resist the downpour of rain we got this afternoon.
Megan was mesmorized. She really liked feeling the rain as it fell.
The kids HAD to have snack outside.
Then they HAD to try the tramp in the rain.
Jacob was determined to wear his rain jacket, even though it's in the low 80s today.
Little Miss. Soaked to the bone.
I finally called her in. I think she would have stayed out there for a while if I hadn't.
Proof that we are in a drought. Rain was never this exciting before.
Today we are grateful for rain.

My first thought was "Where are their jackets?" forgetting it's sub-tropical down there. Remember when I stepped in a puddle after a rain storm and it was like walking through bath water it was so warm.
